Rev. Drew Struss, Pastor

Pastor Drew Struss graduated from Nyack College with a degree in history and Bible. He went on to Alliance Theological Seminary, where he earned his MPS in theology and psychology.

He served in the Christian and Missionary Alliance as an assistant pastor and youth pastor in various churches.

Pastor Drew started Christ Chapel in 1987, when it grew out of “Saturday Night Thing”, a Saturday evening ministry to youth and young adults. Christ Chapel ministers to people of all ages, from children through senior citizens.

Tom Brock, Speaker

Tom was born in Brooklyn, NY. He has been married to Miriam for 31 years, and they have two adult children. He retired from NYC Transit Maintenance, and moved to NJ after retirement.

Tom believed in God his whole life, but it was more going through the motions than real belief. In 2009 a chain of events that could not possibly have been coincidences, but were led by the hand of God, led him to Jesus, and he was truly saved and born again.

From 2010 to 2016 Tom preached and led Bible studies in a church in Queens, NY. After moving to NJ Tom joined Christ Chapel of Essex, where he now helps with preaching.
